MoleMax II

MoleMax II is the first digital dermatoscopy  system which uses epiluminescence microscopy for checking, supervising and diagnosing all kind of tegumentary lesions , including angioma, keratosis, keloid scars, pigmentation and displazic naevi, hyperpigmented injuries. The MoleMax II can also examine inherited or traumatized hyperpigmented lesions and post sun exposure skin flecks.

The MoleMax II program allows:

• Register  patients  personal data and  examination data
• Creating a digital data base
• Microscope lesions visualization  with means of identifying tegumentary modifies that are not visible to  the naked eye.
•  Marking selected images  on a stylized silhouette for  easier description and locating
• The possibility of chronological visualization of same lesions images for a dynamic and correct diagnose
• Clockwork calculating of malignancy risk (based on epiluminescence criteria: asymmetry, delimitation, pigmentation type, pigment dispersion, vascularity) using 2 methods: ABCD rule and the 7 points method (Argenziano score)
• Comparing the obtained images to similar images acquired from other dermatological medical centers included in DermaNet international network

GEM(Geometrical Energy Management) technology

Unlike IPL and lasers for which energy is divergent disseminated into epidermis , the GEM technology concentrates the whole energy into a geometrical plan, placed under the skin, that allows selective  fixed choices on hair follicle, vascular and pigmentation injuries, scars and skin rejuvenation.

NEW Fotofinderdermoscope II (FF II)

FF II asigură o interfaţă ce poate fi utilizată uşor şi este adaptată la toate cerinţele dermatologice actuale. Permite documentarea şi analizarea tuturor condiţiilor de acest tip de (piele, păr). Domeniul principal de folosire al FF II este microscopia epiluminiscentă şi descoperirea la timp a cancerului de piele. Înmagazinarea digitală a imaginilor permiteo verificare periodică a pigmentului.

Al doilea domeniu de aplicaţie este cel al documentaţiei cu privire la modalităţile de vindecare, la folosirea laserului şi cosmetică. Modulele opţionale Mole Analyzer, TrichoScane şi BodyScan oferă multiple funcţiuni de analizare.

Mole maping

Consists of stocking macroscopic observations  and microscopic images of each patient. The computer has the possibility to zoom in the images (20-70x) to 160x using a special lens, offering  doctors  the opportunity to observe the differences between pigment structures.

Laser treatments

The combined usage of different kind of lasers leaded to excellent medical and aesthetical results, and assured our  patients   a maximum of comfort.

Advantages of laser usage:

- substitutes suture
- minimal risk of post-operative  edema , infections and other complications
- absent  hemorrhage  - haemostatic  effect
- complete sutured superficial blood vessels and injuries  ,substantial  decreasing the malignant cells dissemination

CO2 laser
Used for treatment and heal of dermatological ailments such as:  verrucas (warts), viral papilloma , fat tissues around eyes , moluscum contagiosum,  solar(actinic), follicular and seborrheic  keratosis , condiloma etc.

Vascular laser (diode)
Laser with double usage: Angiospot fiber is used for vascular lesions treatment  and Epispot fiber for  definitive depilation. This type of laser was destined/designed  to heal skin and tegumentary  injuries like: venectasy (varicose or superficial veins with the diameter smaller that 1.5mm(0.06 inches) ), capillary hemangioma etc.

Nd-YAG laser
Dermatology:  vascular malformations (angioma, hemangioma, ruby points, Morbus Osler ,vascular stars), bazalioma, tattoos , facial granuloma  etc
